The itinerary for this weekend is:
Thursday (today) - Meet up with Eric in Mansfield at my parent's house; they are leaving later tonight to pick up my sister and her boyfriend from the airport.
Friday - spend the day relaxing, eating, and spending time with my family (minus my other sister and her fiance)
Saturday (Christmas Eve) - spend the morning in Mansfield; my other sister and her fiance are scheduled to come early in the morning. We're leaving my parents' house around 3 in the afternoon to drive to Eric's parents' house in Dayton. They have a big Christmas Eve celebration every year with his whole side of the family. They are going to 3:30 mass but we are going to miss it and go in the morning so that we could spend more time with my family. His family get togethers are always so much fun..and his dad has been talking up a certain cocktail that he is recreating from their vacation in November to St. John.. it sounds like we're in for a treat!
Sunday - wake up early and hit up the morning mass with Eric. Then we are heading over to Eric's aunt's house in Dayton for Christmas brunch. We will come back to Columbus either Sunday night or early Monday morning.
Monday - return to Cleveland to settle in for the week. Hopefully get some grocery shopping in and a little relaxation after such a crazy week.
Whoa! A lot of traveling! Our first Christmas together as a family should be a little hectic, and a TON of fun. I am so excited! Happy holidays to you and yours!
